Marci McCoy-Roth served as a partner in True North Group from 2013-2020, leaving to join American Public Human Services Association as Director of Interoperability and System Strategies. During her time at True North Group, Marci worked tirelessly to advance policy improvements and and system change at the national and state level, with a focus on on child welfare, early childhood and adolescent health issues. She led and managed a number of strategic initiatives, including a collaboration with APHSA and the Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children as the Project Director for the National Electronic Interstate Compact Enterprise (NEICE). True North Group wishes Marci much success in her new endeavors and looks forward to future opportunities to collaborate on the shared mission of improving opportunities for vulnerable children and families.
